Better known as
GLORIA ESTEFAN!
Born in Cuba in 1957 Gloria Estefan is widely recognised as the "Latin Queen Of Pop"
Gloria moved to Miami with her family at a very young age and it was there in 1975 that she met her future husband
Emilio Estefan, a keyboardist with a band called
"Miami Latin Boys"
The band later became "The Miami Sound Machine" when Gloria joined as lead vocalist and the rest is history!
Amongst her many awards and achievements Gloria has won 7 Grammys, an MTV video music award,A presidential Medal of Freedom, Has been honored with the American Music Award for lifetime achievement, has stars on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Las Vegas Walk of Fame and has sold over 100 million records!
